"The Good Mr. Bonaparte" Hunt

Bordentown, NJ | Friday, August 1, 7:00 pm

Beginner/Intermediate Walking Chase

In 1816 the Count de Survilliers rode into Bordentown in the hope of finding a place to hide. Count de Survilliers or as he was known elsewhere around the globe Joseph Bonaparte former King of Spain, thought that he found it at the estate "Point Breeze" near the Delaware River, where he lived for seventeen years. During his time in Bordentown, he entertained many noble. After abdicating the thrown in Spain, a rumor began that Joseph had returned to France with a large treasure that belonged to the people of Spain, but the Raven knows better... this treasure is said to be buried somewhere around Bordentown!

So come to Bordentown and arm yourself with a handmade treasure map and come search for the lost treasure of "The Good Mr. Bonaparte." Our staff personally greets each group at the start of the race, explains the rules of the game, and gives each team a map, clues on parchment scrolls and perhaps a cool gadget (like a black light to see clues written in invisible ink). Teams can travel in any direction they like around Bordentown, NJ. All the answers and puzzle pieces along the course will lead them to a secret end location, where prizes are awarded to the top three teams.

The Great Chase of Two Towns

New Hope, PA and Lambertville, NJ | Saturday, August 9th, 1:00 pm

$30 per player

Intermediate Walking Chase

We have shivered in the cold in New Hope on the Enchanted Christmas Village Hunt and braved the crowds of tourists on Mothers Day. But not until now have we covered both sides of the river! Join Ravenchase Adventures on a race throughout New Hope and it's twin town across the river, Lambertville! So come explore the wonderful and the weird of New Hope and Lambertville in this great chase across the bridge.

Of course, in standard Ravenchase fashion, we will provide the maps and clues, all you will need to do is provide the foot power and together we will see a side of New Hope and Lambertville never seen before! As usual, festivities will end at a local bar where fabulously tacky prizes will be awarded to the top teams, but the question is will it be in Lambertville or New Hope!?
